Our team has an exceptionally broad business-to-business sales and marketing background in manufacturing (metals, mining, chemicals, machines, paper and printing, medical devices, agriculture and food production), technology (electronics, control systems, and software), and services organizations (such as engineering services, management consulting, training and development). In addition, we have extensively worked in or managed direct sales organizations, distribution, and Internet marketing channels.

Typically, Sales Performance Consultants has not worked with business-to-consumer organizations, such as retailers or manufacturers of consumer products, or with traditional professional services organizations, such as accounting firms, law practices, or medical practitioners. We also do not typically work with universities or government agencies (with rare exceptions).

    We have a strong internal lean six sigma program and most of the case studies, examples are from manufacturing environment with a growing body of cases/applications in transactional; however, not specifically marketing and sales. Have you partnered with a company for in helping them tailor their existing lean six sigma curriculum to be more applicable to the marketing and sales function?

    Yes, this is something we do. Companies come at the problem in a lot of different ways, however. Different approaches are required, depending on how receptive your sales and marketing departments are. We should discuss this for your particular situation.
