The Fast-Start Workshop immerses your team immediately in rethinking your sales process from the outside in.

  • Using available evidence and data (supplemented with pre-work from customer VOC interviews), your team articulates the perspective of the customer (often for the first time), and of the business.
  • They decide how the sales process needs to work, how it can be measured, and what needs to change to make improvement happen in a timely manner.
